So the Doctor sent you home. He said you have only a short time to live. Go home and die. Say good bye to your relatives. Make plans with your undertaker. Go fishing for the last time. No hope.

Well, before you check out, I have some questions.

Do you want to live?

Jesus said "I have come that you may have life and have it more abundantly." "Satan came to kill, steal and destroy." John 10:10

Are you going to side with Jesus or Satan?

Are you satisfied with your life?

God said "With a long life will I satisfy you." Psalms 91:16

Would you like to see your children grow up? Your grand children. Your great-grand children? Would you like to grow older with your spouse? Are you satisfied?

Do you want to be sick?

By Jesus' stripes you have been healed. 1 Peter 2:24 It is illegal for you to be sick.

I set before you:

life and death Deut. 30:19

the blessings of God or the curses of the Devil Deut. 30:19

Jesus or Satan Acts 2:38

Therefore, you choose: choose life. Deut. 30:19

You have a choice. You get to decide whether you will live or die. You get to decide whether you will have blessings or cursing. You get to decide whether you will be with Jesus or Satan! Are you satisfied?

I told a guy about this once. He had been in a wheel chair for many years. His sickness was progressing. He said: "I have had enough of this. Lord, Jesus, take me home." Three days later he was dead.

Death and Life are in the power of the tongue. Proverbs 18:21.

If you would choose death:

When you are absent from the body you are present with the Lord. 2 Corinthians 5:8. Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints. Psalms 116:15. The righteous are taken away from the evil to come. Isaiah 57:1. In my father’s house are many mansions…I go to prepare a place for you. I will come again and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there you may be also. John 14:2-3.

In all of this it is imperative that you become a Christian.

If you would choose life:

If you would choose life, as the Bible recommends, then say out loud: "I will not die but live and declare the works of the Lord." Psalms 118:17.

Choose by what you say:

Choose with your mouth. By the words that you speak you decide. Death and life are in the power of the tongue. Proverbs 18:21. If you say "I am dying.", then you will probably die. If you say “I am living.”, then you will probably live. If you say that this sickness is killing me, then you do not have much of a chance.

Confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord" and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, and you will be saved. Romans 10:9. Jesus is the High Priest of our profession. Hebrews 3:1 What we profess (confess) with our mouth, Jesus will give us what we say John 14:13, as long as it is in accordance with the word of God 1 John 5:14-15. If it is not in accordance with the word of God, then Satan will give it to you. Out of the abundance of the mouth the heart speaks, Matthew 12:34, and you get what you say.

God said My words will not return to me void. Isaiah 55:11. God's words return to him when you pray what the Bible says.

What does the Bible say that will help me?

Concerning death and life:

... by his (Jesus) stripes I have been healed. 1 Peter 2:24. Pray these words and you are healed. It didn't work? Do it again! Say it until it works. God promised that his word is true. John 17:17. Claim it. Read it and repeat it until you believe it. The promises of God are "yes" and "amen" in Christ Jesus. 2 Corinthians 1:20. We who are Christians are in Christ Jesus. What God has promised he is able to perform. Romans 4:21.

My people are destroyed from a lack of knowledge (of the Bible). Hosea 4:6. People speak words contrary to the word of God and they come to pass. If you know what the Bible says and only speak what it says, you will be healed and do well. Find where the Bible says what you need and pray what it says.

Where there is no vision, the people perish. Proverbs 29:18. Set a goal. Decide to survive and be well. Get a vision of what and how you want to be. Work towards that goal. All things are possible to those who believe. Mark 9:23.

Oh Lord my God, I called to you for help and you healed me. Oh Lord, you brought me up from the grave; you save me from going down into the pit. Psalms 30:2-3. Whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Acts 2:21. Pray out loud: Jesus save me.

Then they cried out to the Lord in their trouble and he saved them from their distress. He sent his word and healed them; he rescued them from the grave. Psalms 107:19-20.

Study the word of God! It can and will renew your life. If your law had not been my delight, I would have perished in my affliction. I will never forget your precepts for by them I have renewed my life. Save me, for I am yours. Psalms 119:92-94.

Do good to your servant and I will live. Psalms 119:17. Study the word of God. Delight in the knowledge of the word.

Renew my life according to your word. Psalms 119:25. Hold fast to the word of God. See how it applies to your situation and know that God is good and his word is true.

Renew my life according to your word. Fulfill your promise to your servant so that you may be feared. Psalms 119:37-38. Study the word of God and know that through his word you are renewed.

I shall not die but live and declare the works of the Lord. Psalms 118:17. As you read the Bible and discover what God has promised, tell your friends what God has done for you.

For you have delivered my soul from death, my eyes from tears and my feet from falling. I will walk in the land of the living. Psalms 116:8-9. Whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Acts 2:21. But do not fail to tell what the Lord has done for you. Psalms 118:17.

I have suffered much; renew my life, Oh Lord, according to your word. Psalms 119:107.

For with you (God) is the fountain of life; Psalms 36:9. Jesus is God, John 20:28, and is life. John 11:25. Jesus came that you might have life and have it more abundantly. John 10:10.

Sustain me according to your promise and I will live; do not let my hopes be dashed. Psalms 119:116. Whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Acts 2:21. Death and Life are in the power of the tongue. Proverbs 18:21.

Concerning health:

If you have sickness, know that no plague shall come near to you. Psalms 91:10. Jesus heals all who come to him.

Whosoever calls on the name of the Lord (Jesus) shall be saved. Acts 2:21. Are you a whosoever? Have you called upon Jesus to save you? Did you know that being saved includes being healed, and delivered?

Let your compassion come to me that I may live, for your law is my delight. Psalms 119:77. Do you delight in reading the Bible every day? Read the Bible and find out about God's love and his power to provide for you in all of your needs. God is able to heal you of any sickness or disease. God is able to deal with any situation that you are facing. God can handle it! He will help. Jesus saw their need and had compassion on them. Mark 6:24.

The Lord will keep you from all harm. Psalms 121:7. It does not matter if the harm is coming from sickness or disease or from problems that you have created. Put your trust in Jesus he will show you a way out of your trouble. Ask Jesus to be your savior. Jesus is Lord. Ask him to help you out of you problems. I do not know what Jesus will do but you will be amazed. I do know that Jesus will do just what he said in the Bible. If you know what he said and are asking him to perform his word, then you can stand and see it come to pass. Stand still and see the salvation of the Lord. Exodus 14:13.

Do good to your servant according to your word, Oh Lord. Psalms 119:65. In the first place, God is good and he does good. In the second place God will do what he said he would do in the Bible. Have you read that by the stripes of Jesus you have been healed? 1 Peter 2:24. Jesus was beaten with a whip before he was crucified. Mark 15:15. Each stroke of the whip left a stripe of blood. Those are the stripes that healed you.

The Lord will sustain him on his sickbed and restore him from his bed of illness. Psalms 41:3. By the stripes of Jesus you have been healed. 1 Peter 2:24. You are already healed and you are healed now. Receive your healing.

If your law had not been my delight, I would have perished in my affliction. Psalms 119:92. Do you delight in reading the Bible? Do you read it every day. If you read the Bible, and if you know what God. has promised, then you will not perish.

This is my comfort in my affliction: for your promise renews my life. Psalms 119:50. Jesus took all of your infirmities to the cross with him. Matthew 8:17. There are no infirmities that belong to you.

You (God) are good, and what you do is good; teach me your statutes. Psalms 119:68. This verse is talking about God. God did not make you sick. God has healed you. Satan is trying to make you sick. Who are you going to believe? Satan is a liar and the father of lies. John 8:44. Learn the word of God concerning your needs and do what it says.

Concerning enemies:

Be pleased, Oh Lord, to save me; come quickly to help me. May all who seek to take my life be put to shame and confusion; Psalms 40:13-14. Do you know that to be saved includes being delivered? You (Oh God) are my shield and my exceeding great reward. Genesis 15:1. Lord (Jesus) you are my refuge and my fortress; my God in you do I trust. Psalms 91:2. If you have enemies who are out to kill you trust in the Lord. The angels of the Lord encamp about those who fear him. Psalms 34:7 Peter was released from prison. Acts 12:1-17. Elijah was delivered from armies. 2 Kings 1:9-15, 2 Kings 6:15-20. What God did for these prophets he will do for any Christian. Ask!

Defend my cause and redeem me; renew my life according to your promise. Psalms 119:154. Study the Bible until you know what promises will defend you. Who can bring any charge against God's elect. It is God who justifies. Romans 8:33. Whosoever calls upon the name of the Lord (Jesus) shall be saved. Acts 2:21.

May they who fear rejoice when they see me for I have put my hope in your word. Psalms 119:74.

Concerning being foolish:

Fools are rebellious and suffer affliction because of their iniquities. They loathed all food and drew near death. They cried to the Lord in their trouble and he saved them from their distress. He rescued them from the grave. Give thanks to the Lord. Psalms 107:23-32.

Concerning the needy:

Lord lifts the needy out of their affliction. Psalms 107:41.

Concerning prisoners:

Prisoners sat in chains in darkness. They rebelled against God and had hard labor. Then they cried to the Lord in their trouble and he delivered them. Let them give thanks to the Lord. Psalms 107:10-16.

Concerning starvation:

People were lost, hungry and thirsty. Their lives ebbed away. Then they cried to the Lord and he delivered them from their distresses Psalms 107:5-6.

Concerning deliverance:

May my supplication come before you; deliver me according to your promise. Psalms 119:170. Jesus said and my words remain in you, you can ask whatever you wish and it will be given you, John 15:7. If Jesus' words are to remain in you then you must study the Bible every day so that you know Jesus' words. The word of God is truth, John 17:17, and anything that contradicts that word is false.

Concerning mental illness:

When you are born again, the Holy Spirit comes to live in you with all the wisdom and knowledge that Jesus has. Colossians 2:3. You have the mind of Christ. 1 Corinthians 1:16. Jesus did not have mental illness.

Concerning blessings:

When you know the word of God, then you have the blessings of God. If you are missing some of the blessings, then you do not know the word of God concerning those blessings, or you are not following the word of God concerning those blessings. There are requirements for receiving blessings. Do what the Bible tells you to do.

Ask of God:

Behold, I have longed after your precepts: quicken me in your righteousness. Psalms 119:40. If you have accepted Jesus as your Savior and made him the Lord of your life, then you are made the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus, 2 Corinthians 5:21, and you are quickened in God's righteousness. Jesus said: if you abide in me and my words abide in you and you can have what you ask. John 15:7

Believe in God:

May your unfailing love be my comfort, according to your promise to your servant. Psalms 119:76.

Trust in God:

You are my refuge and my shield; I have put my hope in your word. Psalms 119:114. Have you read God's word? Do you know the good things that God said about you. Read the word of God and then put your hope in that word. Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. As you hope for the things that God has promised, continue to read the Bible. Soon you will have faith that these things will come to pass. That faith will please God. That is where you want to be ... pleasing God. Put your hope in the word of God and God becomes your shield and refuge.

Psalms 91.

The 91st Psalm is called the protection Psalm. Read the entire Psalm. Pray the second verse.

16. With a long life will I satisfy him, and show him my salvation.

Pray: Lord Jesus you are my refuge and my fortress in you do I trust. Psalms 91:2.

If anyone lacks wisdom let him ask of God who gives to all men liberally. James 1:5. Go boldly into the throne of God, Hebrews 4:16, and ask what you need to know. Ask what you need to do. The Holy Spirit is given to lead you into all truth. John 16:13. The Holy Spirit will tell you what is to come. John 16:13.

I call heaven and earth to record this day against you that I have set before you life and death, blessing and death for you and any of your children or grandchildren.

God bless you!
